Specialist Dog Bite Lawyer Jasmine Moxey-Butler has been named as one of the finalists in the 2019 National CILEx awards.
Recognised for her exceptional successes throughout the year and supported by comments from clients and others in the legal profession the final result will be announced on 5th September 2019. The awards will take place at Madame Tussauds and will be hosted by Claudia Winkleman.
One specialist Personal Injury barrister said about Jasmine:
“I have to say that I am extremely impressed with the way she handles her case, and her manner with clients. She is conscientious and caring yet has a healthy scepticism and realistic view of claims that ensure she remains as objective as possible. She has a maturity and professionalism far beyond her current experience and qualifications.”
Her clients were equally as effusive in their praise:
“She worked on my case over a few years and is amazing at her job. She is very patient and I’m very indecisive and yet she supported me all the way. I’m glad I choose Slee Blackwell to represent me and Jasmine has been consistent and great all the way through. Massive thanks to her .”
Department head James McNally is exceptionally proud of what Jasmine has achieved over the last 12 months and believes that the nomination reflects Jasmine’s hard work and successes:
“With her dog bite and Animals Act claims Jasmine deals in an exceptionally difficult and complex area of personal injury law. She has taken on cases from other firms which have defeated other far more senior solicitors and she has shown that their understanding was wrong and she has got her clients thousands of pounds in compensation as a result. She has shown exceptional skill in claims involving police dog bites. These are often hard fought and are evidentially very difficult but she has won where others would have just given up.”
